Description
Every time it rain this corner floods. It floods the front porches of the persons who lives on those 4 corner apartment and the street is worst. Whenever the bus comes up Leigh that water is so deep that it is stops the traffic and danger the sidewalk and these apartment front porches. Help!!!!
