Description

The Russell Street hill which runs from Warwick to Cabot would not have been plowed if not for my husband. There were numerous times the plows came by (Warwick , Burwell, Lexington..etc.) but ignored the fact that the hill would require plowing, and if the hill is not plowed then Cabot, . Overlook., Riverview are not plowed either. The hill is difficult and not everyone has front wheel or 4 wheel drive...If this could be addressed the neighborhood would greatly appreciate it.
