Description

The timing of the traffic lights at the bridge over I-94 at 23 Mile Road make absolutely no sense to me. Traffic frequently backs up between Gratiot and I-94 and then again attempting to get over the bridge due to the nonsensical timing of the 3 sets of traffic lights there. Please help!
