Description
I purchased my home in the Cobblestone community in 2009. At first, 3716 Old Coach Rd in Raleigh appeared to be making progress on repairs/additions/renovations. In the years since, the property has deteriorated shamefully. The home, reportedly built in 1992, is partially sided and partially only wrapped with exposed house wrap paper. Windows are open to the elements, as they're unboarded. Construction debris/materials abound. The condition of this property cannot be up to current building code and will only continue to drive down the values of the homes of all the neighbors. Please review this situation and bring forth a positive resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
