Seems odd. Malloy got a parking ticket back in 2011.
City spokesman Adam Joseph says, when it comes to breaking the law in New Haven, police don’t play favorites.
“Our parking enforcement officers strive to treat everybody equally. You’re parked and your meter is expired or you’re parked illegally, you’ll get a ticket regardless if you’re [an] elected official or not,” he told WCBS 880 Connecticut Bureau Chief Fran Schneidau.
