Description

The stretch of Turkey Roost Road from River Road to Fan Hill Road is almost undriveable due to large pot holes. Not only could this cause damage to cars but it could also be the cause of accidents. I am researching taxpayer recourse for municipal neglect of roads, where there is gross negligence for a known problem. The town had posted signs warning of "rough road" so it has knowledge of the situation. it's only gotten much worse, actually dangerous. The town has removed the signs and seems to have a case of "willful blindness" on this problem.
