Description

At 830am on Dec 30, a woman in her car pulled up, opened her hatchback and put two large bags of household white trash bags in can. The can is now full such that no additional trash can be put in. additional boxes with a name and address label were next to the can, though they were not witnessed being dumped and seem to be dumped by someone else.
