It's an alley. It's actually NOT the city's job to plow alleys when they have WAY too many square miles of street. Stop being selfish and hire someone.

The city doesn't plow alleys. Do you realize how large Duluth, Minnesota is?! They have to plow every main street followed by smaller streets. They also need to plow the snow routes frequently when it snows. Besides, it's warming up. The snow will melt anyway. If someone has a problem with snow, they can call someone to remove it, plow it, or shovel it. It is not the city's responsibility to drop everything because one person wants the alley cleared by their house. Do you see how she asked for plows to not plow in her driveway? That's another thing. The city ALWAYS plows in driveways. My in-laws live on 24th Ave W. The plows hardly clear the snow during a snow storm despite the fact that it's a SNOW EMERGENCY ROUTE. When they do, they plow in streets and driveways. You have not lived in Duluth for very long if you didn't know all of this!!
