Description

There are no stop signs at the top of 1st Ave. E. and 9th St. 1st Ave. E. ends at 9th st. This means that traffic coming up 1st Ave. E. doesn't have to stop before turning left or right onto 9th st., and with the snowbanks it makes it difficult to avoid traffic coming off Mesaba Ave (also no stop signs). It's slightly better when there is no snow, but with our high snowbanks, it's pretty scary.
