Beware.... There was and may still be a dog in the Manta Cove East cul-de-sac that actually runs out into the street to bite people on bicycles. I know, because it bit me. I was told by the lady of the house that there was suppose to be an invisible fence but it keeps failing. Hello... when you know it is not working consistently and that your dog goes into the street to bite people, you might want to restrain your dog with a chain or fence. If not, the county will be asked to take care of the situation.
