When coming down into the main entrance of Summergrove why can't the right lane be right turn only, the middle lane be straight into Summergrove and the left land be left turn. Traffic seems to back up in the right lane when someone is waiting for the light to change. traffic should be able to turn right on red there but are not able since so many cars are in the land going straight into Summergrove.
