The gentleman is still working on cars. He is also parking them on the street, I see code enforcement handing code violations but seem to let this person go? Why is that?

@Mary...because the City is busy doing leaf collection and snow removal.

@Bonoca I guessing your comment is of a sarcastic nature because neither leaf collection or snow removal has happen. Unless Richmond Zoning mgmt., have been given snow shovels and leaf rakes.

The City will still be using that same automated response about "snow removal" in July. Oh, and they are "having routine maintenance issues with broken equipment"....
How is it that This City of Richmond is so inept in even making a legitimate sounding excuse to be asleep behind the wheel.

3/15/2014 - Service Review: After observations by Richmond Zoning Administration, it has been determined that this location is not operating as an illegal auto repair shop - no violation has been noted by Zoning and case file is closed -
