Description

The house on the West corner of Garfield and Valley Forge Road dumps their sump pump water to the street. In the winter this dumping causes huge ice patches to form and makes turning the corner very dangerous. Every winter the ice freezes, hug amounts of traffic run over it and a pothole is created. That pothole is then patched every summer (tax payer dollars wasted). The house sump pump needs to be re-routed or a drain put in to accommodate the aloof homeowner.
