We are unable to remove the graffiti at this location due to the wall being a painted surface. Our chemical will damage all of the paint. The property owner or manager will need to paint over the graffiti.

Stupid question: If this is tagging and there is a group associated with this particular tag, why can't the vandals be tracked down? Aren't there surveillance cameras around? I would love to see these offenders scrubbing off some of this graffiti themselves.
