Description

Accumulating litter and debris along various sections of Bay Street, from Grosvenor to Dundas:
- abandoned cardboard sheets on the west side of Bay, south of Grosvenor (left on snowbank)
- abandoned shopping cart filled with garbage at the southwest corner of Bay and College
- abandoned boxes stuffed with trash in front of the Sliced restaurant on the west side of Bay just south of Elm
- trash in various transit shelters along Bay, especially on the west side of Bay where there are no trash bins from College to Edward
- random litter tossed onto snowbanks
