The smell was very strong. You could even smell it as far as Bom Cafe!

Seems slightly better this morning, but would be good to find out the cause to fix the issue and help reduce risk of recurrence.

Jan 23 - problem happened again. Fire department was called and entered the offending property, but it doesn't seem that anything was done.

Jan 24 - Problem again. Fire department declines to come saying that they are unable to address the issue, but are willing to try and provide medical assistance.

It cannot possibly be legal to burn anything you want in a densely populated city in these days. I'm sure everyone's happy the building is sold, but this is a criminal offense and if I'm witness to any further pollution I'm calling the police.

It does not seem to be stopping - the neighborhood smells of exhaust, and people I work with in a nearby building are constantly getting headaches from the fumes
Why isn't the city doing anything about this?

Please be advised that the Cambridge Public Health Department visited this location on Friday, and has worked with Inspectional Services and the owner to prevent fumes from escaping. They expect resolution to the problem as of tomorrow (Monday, 1/27).
