I posted about this and another car, and it resulted in a visit to me from Parking Enforcement. They proceeded to block the alley while interrupting my business on that day. I had to explain the problem which can be seen in the photograph. Furthermore, no citation was issued in either case to either car. Why? What is the point here? Is there something I don't understand?
