am so sick of seeing dog crap in my driveway. I understand we live in a city and dogs have to go somewhere, just PICK IT UP. I stopped an elderly lady this morning who let her dogs off the leash to do their business in our driveway and asked her to pick it up. She said she would have to go home and get something to pick it up. She never came back.

I'm with you. There is dog crap all over the side walks & streets. And then some do bag it, but just leave the bag in the street. Gross. Pick it up and toss it in your own barrel.
