Description
West Blvd was not plowed to the curb despite there being no cars parked there (due to the parking ban / towing). If the Dept of Public Works can't learn how to plow the street all the way to the curb they should all be fired. This has been an on-going issue for years.
THERE IS NO POINT IN BANNING PARKING SO THE STREET CAN BE PLOWED IF THE SNOW IS NOT REMOVED FROM THE PARKING SPOTS FORCING ALL THE CARS TO PARK PARTIALLY IN THE STREET WHEN THE BAN IS LIFTED.
Either plow the street curb-to-curb or do what Waterbury does for a parking ban - alternate side of the street. Allow parking on one side of the street, so you can clear to the curb on the other, then ban parking on the other side (where the cars parked during the storm) so they can move the cleared side & the city can plow the side that cars parked on during the storm.

Hey, look... Two more snow storms - and the plowing has gotten even worse...
After the first storm, the same thing happened on the south side of the street, AND part of a travel lane on the north side was blocked. Now with the second storm the travel lanes have gotten even smaller.
This isn't just here on West Blvd - it's CITYWIDE.
