Description

The signal for W bound traffic on 59th St at Hollis is not picking up bicycles. I waited for over 3 minutes on my bike in the middle of the lane behind the crosswalk and the green light only came on after a car pulled up behind me. Please address this issue ASAP, as 59th St is a bicycle boulevard.
