Description

Measuring at least 3 ft. x 3 ft., approx. 6 in. deep,
in the middle of the street, this deep hole has a metal disk in the middle of it; no info. on the disk.
The "newer" asphalt that was supposed to fill in the hole has SUNK, leaving a tire-destroying, axle-breaking crater that is virtually unavoidable on this narrow street. Is it utility-related? Sewer contractor?
