Description

There is a sworm of rats everywhere outside, Every day... think its due to construction in the area, Not safe and is a health hazard.. they are invading homes

What is the near address you've seen the rats coming from? Reason we ask is that the Health Department needs an exact address to follow up on.

the entire right side of congress street, especially the back yard in the garages and under the porches around 17-19 Congress

The Health department has been notified, in which request #43658 was sent over to them. To follow up, I would suggest reaching the Health Inspector office directly at 860-757-4760 for more information and see what steps has been taken place for this ongoing issue.
