update?

I second that- we need an update. Since this has been posted (a month ago), the owner of this house put a roll of roofing felt up on the roof then.... nothing. Its still up there, on its roll, under the usual tarp. And the plumbing project of a year ago is still unfinished. How is it that this house has a certificate of occupancy?

Inspector James Riggs inspected property 1/13/2014 and found plumbing work is complete and passed by plumbing inspector. Mr. Riggs spoke to owner about filling in the trench. Depending on additional research a Minimum Housing case may be started this week. An updated will be posted.

Any updates? A bunch of new junk out there today.

Per Inspections, a plumbing permit was approved by construction. The Unfit Housing case will be initiated, with an approximate deadline the last week of March.

An inspector confirmed the violations have been abated 3/28/2014. Sorry for the delay in closing this issue.
