I do contact police department all the time and they still park there so what am I suppose to do. They don' t get ticketed and they come right back. Its a joke to them.

If you can take a photo of illegal parker's vehicle with clear tag number, can the Police do something with that? Just a thought.

I've given car name and tag number. Police been by here many times. They just move and come back. They need to ticket them.

Call the Chief of Police personally and explain the situation to him. Tell him if the police aren't going to enforce the law repeatedly on minor issues, how can he expect anyone to obey the law on other issues? Also explain when other citizens see this lack of enforcement, they think that they don't have to obey the law either. If that doesn't work, write a letter to the newspaper.

Today 12/15 once again red ford pickup truck has it's front end out in the middle of franklin st. the first truck that came down franklin said something to them and eventually back up franklin (have video). the next 2 cars that came down franklin was the person's wife who operates the garage so he moved and both cars got by but when the person who lives at 157 came down franlin to let his family out the truck wouldn't move and they are handicap and live on the street across from garage. so after about 10 minutes of them struggling to get into their house in the snow he had to back up franklin street also. by that time I called police but they left before police came.

Last night about 5 to 6 4 wheelers were driving erratically up and down oak st and franklin st. at some point a suv was blocking franlkin st. near the garage of 155 rosemont (rear) and the 4 wheelers drove on private property (so sad). I got so tired of hearing the noise I called the police and they said it was ok for them to ride them on the street. One had no lights (at night). I observed 3 of them behind a car that stopped at the corner of 4th and oak that passed the car at the stop sign. The weather was horrible. No since calling the police because they were gone in a flash. I hope this doesn't go on tonite. 2 of the drivers I know but the others I don't. They all meet up at the rear of 156 S. 4th ave. so you can image all the noise they

Keep up your documentation, mememe! in the photo of the truck backed into garage, it looks like a 4 wheeler in the back (or maybe a pile of junk). if local authorities don't won't act on this, you'll be able to provide these images to action news or other, and they'll have half their story for broadcast on the evening news.

Many Photos went to chief of police already. Parking not as bad. When they see me they move within 10 minutes or move so I can' t see them. If I let my dog out I walk so I can see everything then they move. They don't even live around here.

I had a similar situation and did the same things. Don't give up. I just saw them parked out there.

I just feel sorry for the people on franklin street when they try to come down or up their street and can't because of ignorant people that don't live there. This area was good until about a year ago. When the trash people went to pick up the trash near the garage it was so heavy they needed two people to lift it up. I know old auto parts are being dumped in there. I took photos of tires they put on someone elses property with their trash. One tire is in the same place the other tire is in front of someone elses property.

White honda parked there yesterday. Called police don't know if they came but noticed white honda circled the block and parkwd there again out of my sight and person went into the garage where they all seem to hibernate.

This is funny because when the police comes they hurry up and remove it and close the garage doors so yes they still run electrical cord from their home to garage.

They still park illegal. Seems they're privileged. Because they also park on south 4th have in handi cap spot. Police told them its ok

They still park there. Saturday was awlful. There were as many as 3 cars at a time. They kept having to move because other cars just waited until they did. Normally the other cars back up onto oak street but they wouldn't this day.

Now they work on cars in the street. This is third car i seen them working on preventing cars from going up and down street.

Need I say any more. There was so much traffic I called police twice within 1 hr. This guy is working under his car in front of me.
