Description

Vehicles traveling south bound on SW 40th often run the stop sign, Traffic north bound on SW Capitol Hwy (downhill) speeds on Capitol Hwy into dangerous intersection (right to Multnomah Village, left to SW 40th). Traffic coming from SW 40th and Multnomah Village on Capitol Hwy merges into the same dangerous intersection. Vehicles speed both ways on Capitol Hwy but they say nothing can be done because there is no place for police to hide!
Suggestions- paint stop at 40th stop sign and paint stop ahead on SW 40th pavement. Paint guiding lines to tell drivers where to go on in the dangerous intersection. Request (again) for flashing speed sign for Capitol Hwy north bound approximately SW Freeman & Capitol Hwy.
