Once you trash is put out , it is free game .... If you do not want it gone through , secure it until trash pickup day!!

Ok, Sparky, I could care less if they go through it. I threw it out so I don't want it anyway. The point is they are basically dumping the trash on the ground around the containers. It they wish to go through it fine, just don't throw the trash all around the area or at least be respectful enough to put it back in the containers. The trash guys don't pick it up off the ground so everyone else has to clean it up.

Look Sparky, I agree that is free game. I don't care they are going through it. If they can use something I throw out fine. My issue is they throw the trash out of the containers all over the alley and let it sit for others to clean up. If they are going to go through the trash at least put the stuff back in the containers and be somewhat respectful to the people and the environment.

i agree too put the trash back in the can instead of the .homeowner who has too pick it up there most likey looking for more than things in the trash like person information so be sure too sread anything that has that information on it.

How about filing a complaint with the Boro instead of here . You may be surprised how much further that may get you .
