Hey, this situation has been reported numerous times over the past year to the point where I had to assume that the flooding wasn't flooding but a seasonal swimming pool and last week asked that the city winterize the pool.

AN ASSESSMENT WAS MADE AT THE REQUESTED LOCATION. THE HANDICAP RAMP INSTALLATION HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND THE AREA WAS CLEAR OF DEBRIS. THE STORM INLETS WERE CLEAN

Brought this and other such flooding intersections up at the 1st precinct CAPS meeting this week. general disbelief on the part of city staffers that such a thing could happen, like we the citizens go to these meetings and lie our heads off. Keep pushing it, with pictures where possible. Or take it to city council. Wouldn't bother taking it just to your single council rep, as that doesn't seem to work.

4/28/2014 - Service Review: Richmond Stormwater Mgmt Team (20020925856) noted as of 4/1/2014 that maintenance was performed on on 2 storm inlets at the requested location on the date of 3/20/14. Also they noted as of 4/1/2014 that the wheelchair ramp installation was finished out, the area around it cleared of debris and the storm inlets cleaned too - case file closed - rtt

Problem at 24th and M no resolved. Attached photo taken minutes ago during the first day of what is expected to be a week of rain. I'll try to send another picture as the week continues.
