Description
The traffic light at Westwood Ave. and Brook Rd. is currently changing on a timer. It is supposed to be sensor controll so that traffic on Brook Rd. will only need to stop if traffic is waiting on Westwood. Can you change the light from timer to sensor control. Traffic on Brook Rd. must stop unnecissarily for this light. I have observed this more than once.
Thanks.
