Description

The residents at 1606 Catharine St have continued to leave their dog outside in the back patio area regardless of the weather...or their neighbors. The dog is often barking nonstop through the evening. The owners leave the dog outside no matter if its rain/snow/sleet/freezing. It is not only mistreatment to the dog, it is in violation of local noise ordnance. This is not the first time this issue has been reported, but all the residents of Catharine St hope it is resolved by the time it's Spring and we wish to open our windows at night.
