Why is this street still closed -- and why was prior notification of the closure of this road, and its access to the parking deck, not provided (posted) in advance next to this street?
When will this road be re-opened?

Thank you for responding to this issue. This closed one of only two access points to the Dan Allen Parking Deck, which maintains probably twice as many cars as the nearby pay-to-park gravel lot, Interestingly, this lot still had full access through all of its connecting driveways until just a few days ago.
Requiring other users of Friendly Drive to be notified in advance of its closure, prior to November 18th, would have been helpful -- and should have been required if this is a City street. This would have been done for many other road closures in the City.
Was the closure of this road supposed to be posted for the benefit of the general public, as is currently being done with the illuminated signage on Hillsborough Street? If not, why?
Thank you again.

The response is appreciated. Prior notification of the road being completely closed, would be good to have as well (and is required???).
The road was completely closed today.
