Where is the money going that was supposed to be earmarked for this road per the state ? Moneytrail ?

Not one thing has been done despite numerous letters to Ken Gabbert (Ridgewood Village manager). Money has disappeared that was earmarked for this street (as usual , Jersey style ). The guy is a crook and the worst manager, but who , by the way, just received a 12% pay raise in 6 months !
Guess we know where the money went , huh?
