Description

There is usually a working traffic light at the corner of E. Roxboro and Lake Blvd. Someone changed this to a flashing light a few days ago. It has been flashing yellow (for E. Roxboro) and red (for Lake Blvd) for days. Several near miss accidents.
Please make the light function as a traffic signal again.

I'm sure this was not an intentional change. This light has this problem after every big wind or rain storm, though. This light belongs to the City of Atlanta, though, so I think we have to report the problem to them rather than Brookhaven.
