I am not sure if this is a violation or not, I will forward it on to Zoning Enforcement for review, an update will be posted once I hear back from them.
Per Zoning Enforcement: I have investigated this complaint and there is no violation at this time. The driveway is for access to 2724 Clark but is partially in the rear yard of 200 Brooks. As the driveway is an approved permanent surface the vehicles parking on it are not an issue. If any vehicles parked off the left side of the drive on the yard it would not be a violation as that area is the rear/ side yard of the property at 200 Brooks. Cars parking off the right side of the driveway in the front yard grassed area at 2724 Clark would be a violation. I have monitored the property the past week and seen no evidence of that happening.
