Yes, the safety hazard has been corrected. However, the underlying problem has not been addressed. The next time it rains, the crosswalk will flood again, and if the temperature drops it will freeze. That crosswalk and several others along Whitehall Road need to be reconstructed so that they drain properly. This is engineering 101, the drain needs to be lower than the crosswalk.
