About half way up English Drive to the top of East Rock the road is covered with big and little rocks that fell off within the last day. Those of us who ride bicycles up and down East Rock, even when it's cold, would greatly appreciate it if our city would clear off these rocks and run a street sweeper up this road. It's covered with leaves, which when wet freeze and create a hazard for bikers and hikers. The leaves can also hide rocks and limbs, creating a crash hazard for bicyclists.
