Description

The Eastbound SE 15 st green light at the intersection of Vickie Dr and SE 15 st reflects too well off of other hanging lights and is visible too well to those exiting off the East bound Tinker Diag. I almost witnessed a crash when even though those exiting the Diag had a visible red light, there were green reflections from the Eastbound SE 15 st traffic light that were bright enough to fool a car in front of me in to thinking that the green lights were for them. I recomment that green light reflection blockers be installed to create a safer intersection, thanks.
