Description

Neighbor constructed new fence and created holes in the alley. Had been nicely graded until they did that. Hard to avoid holes because neighbor on other side of alley has so much "stuff" there isn't much "wiggle room". Think there is a brick or something next to fence in alley. Might cause problem for a plow.
