Description

On the southeast corner of Church Street and Wall Street. adjacent to the U.S. Postal Service mail box are a series of steel bolts sticking up from the concrete sidewalk. Several people have tripped and fallen onto the sidewalk and into the street. THESE BOLTS NEED TO BE REMOVED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
