Description

Waste Management arrives to empty their dumpsters between 3:30 and 4:00 a.m. on Thursday mornings. Slamming and banging, waking the neighborhood. Needs to stop! They should not be allowed to pick up in a residential neighborhood before 7:00 a.m. The dumpsters are behind the building on Hicks Street.
