Before today at 6 AM I could leave from Troy Ave & Flatbush Ave. and travel to Grand Army Plaza without stopping in 8 minutes. Today with the insane lane markings I had to stop ten times and it took more than twice as long to travel the same route. Why? Because of the idiot dollar vans, the school buses, access-a-rides, trucks, cabs, and MTA buses all traveling in the same lane. Not to mention the additional gas I'm using because of the constant stopping and going. Whoever came up with this bright idea obviously doesn't travel this major street everyday.
