Description

As of 11/22/2013 reflective guard rail is broken AGAIN. this was fixed 2 weeks ago. Make this guard rail out if METAL. this will teach the public on how to drive. Include a sign stating that this guard rail will mess up your car if you hit it. This railing is damaged at least once a month.
