Description

161 Concord St has continuously been neglected outside of the house. Only occasionally does someone come by to mow the front yard. The back yard is an overgrown disaster of vines and garbage. Dead vermin have been found around and on the front of the property. This just encourages strays and skunks and other animals to inhabit the area. Please send someone over to see if anyone even lives there anymore.
