Is this your bicycle? I saw him going opposite the traffic on Dwight, riding one bike and holding another.

This was about 4:30 today. I called non-emergency police number but they didn't do much.

While it is very nice that someone is watching out, allow me to add a word of caution: I can think of a number of explanations why someone would be travelling with two bicycles. "Thief" is but one of them. That being said, thank you dear anonymous for thinking of ways to help out in the face of what may very well be a crime.
