Description

We are currently in violation of federal guidelines which require certain lighting conditions in this room (D015). A work was supposed to be submitted close to a month ago. Record could only be found of the work order being submitted on 11/4. Regardless, these lights have still NOT been replaced (room D015). Additionally, both lights are not burnt out in room D017a.
