Driving down Marietta Blvd taking our grandaughter to Antico for dinner. Just past Bolton road we hit a pothole or a construction area in the road that was unable to be seen. It was partially covered by steel plates but half of it was uncovered and you could not see because it was dark. and no lighting in the area. I thought the entire under panel of the car was torn out from the noise I heard. We pulled over into the lot across from CVS and
saw two tires on the right side of my 2009 G6 pontiac were sliced from this huge uncoverd hole or whatever you want to call it. We had to have the car towed, 2 new tires so far to the tune of $475.00 not counting the tow or the two wheels that need to be replaced as to them being all torn up which are about 350.00 each. I believe I should be reimbursed from the city as this hole is not covered properly and is a very bad road hazard.
