This issue keeps getting closed but the trash has gotten worse since I reported it. I drive through there a couple times of day and have not seen this issues resolved. Please pick up the trash.

This has not been resolved. Hazardous waste (paint cans) have been there for over a week and certainly since this issue was reported "closed."

Now that Jack London Improvement District (funded with self imposed tax by residents and businesses in the area) has been cleaning up the underpass it appears to be less a problem.
