Description
Buses carrying over 50 people (that's 50 less cars on the road) wait in a one-block radius for 20 to 30 minutes while cars enter all along western part of Ridge (Pechin St, Lauriston St, Manayunk Ave) not fairly regulated by lights. Cars cause congestion here that does not allow the back-most part of the traffic to move at all except for inching.
