Description
Winds from the big thunderstorm a few weeks ago took down parts of this fence and left them on the sidewalk. The fence has remained in disrepair and pieces of the fence are still partially obstructing the sidewalk. The house may be vacant but it's been much too long and it's a safety hazard for people who use that sidewalk to access the walkway behind the houses. Rebuilding the fence may be an issue for the HOA to take up with the owners, but removing the broken fence should be addressed immediately.

This is a vacant property with an out of town owner. We spoke with the owner last week and informed them again of the violation. We will recheck after Christmas to ensure progress is being made or that the fence has been completed.
Please know that property maintenance cases can take some time to resolve, especially with an absentee property owner.
