Q. Please describe in detail the issue.
A. Tree maintenance. A letter went out a few weeks ago about tree maintenance in our neighborhood. I called the number to notify of a tree that is on my behind neighbors property that grows over our fence growing within the wires and I wanted to make sure it would be trimmed back to the fence line at a minimum which would still put it in the wires. They told me someone would call but no one ever did. I find out now that they have been here but the tree was not trimmed from the wires at all. Why?
