It is a zoning violation for lights from a building or parking lot to illuminate another property. The lights are to be directed as to only light the immediate area or parking lot. Try talking to the operations manager and let them know- good neighbors will try to accommodate. If not, call LCI to assist in explaining the ordinance to them. Better yet call the report it hotline lol. Best of luck.
You're one snarky verified official. Who are you? I invite you to come over and see for yourself at 11PM. These lights are side mounted flood lights project out at all angles (including up). This is a real nuisance. I loo or wars to your mature response.
